Attorney Wienna Jane Ingraham received a Juris Degree from Nova Southeastern University's School of Law located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida in 2006. She is a licensed member of the Florida Bar, as well as all three Federal District Courts of Florida, namely the Northern, Middle and Southern District Courts of Florida. She is also a licensed member of the District of Columbia Bar and the Federal District Court for the District of Columbia, all in good standing. She received an undergraduate Bachelor of Science Degree in International Business from Palm Beach Atlantic University in West Palm Beach, Florida in 2000, prior to attending law school. Attorney Ingraham's more than 19 years of legal experience includes work as a Commercial Litigation Defense Attorney representing large automobile corporations such as Ford Motor Company, as a Creditor's Rights and Foreclosure Law Attorney for large banks, loan servicing companies and large financial institutions such as American Express, she has also worked as an Administrative Law Attorney for the United States Office of Special Counsel. Attorney Ingraham has represented businesses and individuals in Chapters 7 and 13 Bankruptcy Filings. She has handled transactional work for non-profit and private entities. Prior to her legal career, Attorney Ingraham worked for six years in Corporate America in the accounting and compliance fields.
